Increasing the "green skills" and know-how of young people (previously unemployed) and potential migrants based on a system of sustainable vocational training, which will subsequently lead to employment or self-employment and increased income in the field of energy-efficient construction.

Description of services:
- Conducting a large-scale information campaign on energy-efficient insulation in rural areas of the Chui region.
- Conducting a survey of the affected villages during seminars in 2016 and 2017
Result/ Impact:
- 36 villages of the Chui region were covered
- 36 seminars were held
- with a confirmed number of participants – 1,150 people
- the system of registration of the database of participants of information seminars is implemented
- 52 people took part in the survey in 2016
- 120 people took part in the 2017 survey
