The project is aimed at providing technical assistance to the State Construction in increasing the internal potential for the implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Energy Efficiency in Buildings” and providing them with practical tools for effective implementation of the law.

State Agency for Architecture, Construction, Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (Gosstroy)
Description of services:
- Development of administrative processes, data management and procedures for the accreditation of Energy efficiency Specialists (EPC) and verification protocols (IP) for boilers, as well as heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in buildings
- Assistance to Gosstroy in the accreditation of EPA and IP experts;
- Raising awareness among the professional community about the business opportunities of new market services introduced by new legislation, such as paid energy audit services for buildings.
