The aim of the project is to assess the potential of EE and the needs for seismic/structural reinforcement of nine social facilities (education and healthcare) in Batken and Osh regions by conducting detailed energy and seismic inspections.

Description of services:
- Field visits for energy and seismic inspections in nine public buildings;
- Identification of conceptual modified options, including preliminary model drawings and cost calculations for each building. Based on the availability of documents for buildings, an appropriate calibration of the quantitative seismic assessment will be performed.
- Consideration of detailed design and tender documentation for the reconstruction of buildings prepared by ARIS; Based on the results of the review, preparation of a number of comments on the analyzed material. ARIS will be responsible for following through on the comments.
- Capacity building for the preparation and implementation of EE investments, which will include training on EE and seismic safety, and the development of a monitoring protocol, as well as practical training on energy conservation after implementation.
